1. About Loka

Loka is an information and search-assistance tool for monthly rentals, currently focused on Bali. Loka is not a landlord, real-estate agent, booking service or party to any rental agreement.

2. Listings and introductions

Listings may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable or fraudulent. Loka organises available information and may highlight useful details, but does not guarantee accuracy, freshness, price, quality, safety or availability.

All contact, viewing, negotiation, contracting and payment take place directly between you and the poster. Always verify the person, property, contract terms and payment details before sending money.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You agree not to use Loka for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or automated activity, or to bypass security measures. We may suspend an account for abuse, security risk or breach of these terms.

4. Search, notifications and availability

Results, match scores and notifications are decision-support tools, not promises of an outcome. The service may change, be limited or be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or security reasons.

5. Intellectual property

Loka’s interface, brand, original content and technical elements are protected. You may use the service for your personal search, but may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute its content without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loka is not responsible for the acts of a poster or third party, losses related to a transaction, inaccurate information or service interruption. You remain responsible for your own checks and decisions.
